Apartment’s main drain over flows so I can’t use water.(2 weeks)

So I’m not really sure what to do at this point. Everything is connected to my main drain in my apartment bathroom, my kitchen sink, shower, toilet, toilet sink. And the main drain slowly does its job. Somethings either half way clogging it or AI says it’s ventilation probably?

My management called a plumber and he tried to clear it but nothing came out but poop water(which I had to clean myself)

Now it’s worse, every time I wash a dish my drain overflows and there’s poop water all over my bathroom floor I gotta clean.

I can’t use my toilet so I wrapped 3 trash bags around it and take them out every other day. And I can’t shower I’ve been using body wipes. It’s been like 2 weeks now and my translation company tells me that the property management is talking to the owner. They’ve been “talking to the owner” for a week now. This is just unsanitary I can’t even cook anymore let alone shower.

Overall, I just don’t know what to do. This is my first time having an apartment in general
