Used Laptop RAM shops

I've been on a hunt for some RAM (DDR4-SODIMM), and I'm thinking of upgrading from the factory 8gb to 16gb. I'd rather prefer something used, to be on a budget of under 10k.

I've checked a HardOff near by, most of the RAM they had were DDR3s.

Where's a good shop where they have used PC parts? Or an area? I've checked Mercari, there are very few that fit my requirement, of it being 3200MHz.

    I recommend walking from Namba station going to Janpara (2F), Dospara (4F, I think) and then wander toward PC 1’s checking other little random places on the way.

    I lucked out buying a 64GB desktop DDR4 kit at Janpara for a pittance just before RAM prices went crazy. I checked in about a month ago and they didn’t even have 64GB kits in stock, but you might be luckier with smaller stuff.

  3. I found a used PC shop in Ekimae Dai-4 building in Umeda, in B1 around one of the East exits. They mainly sell used computers, but it looked like they had some components in a display case.
