Help me / Lost my teddy bear in Shinjuku

During my trip to Tokyo, I lost my beloved teddy bear in Shinjuku. This teddy bear has been with me for over 20 years and means a great deal to me.

If anyone has seen it or is currently keeping it safe,

📅 Date & Time Lost

: February 5 (Thu), between 10:40 PM and 11:20 PM

📍 Possible Route:

Shinjuku Washington Hotel ➡️ Don Quijote Shinjuku East Exit Store

(traveled via the main road using the shortest route)

I noticed it was missing while shopping at Don Quijote, so I’m not sure of the exact location where it was lost.

🔍 Description

• Brown teddy bear, approximately 30 cm tall

• A small stitched mark with white thread on its left foot

A lost item report has already been filed at Shinjuku Police Station.

  1. Have you asked don Quixote – maybe you dropped it in the store and they have it in lost and found?

  2. I just walked the dog after work there and looked if I find your teddy bear, but we have not found him so far. It was only very short walk tho. I told some friends to look for it later too but it’s past 1 am here in Japan maybe repost this when most people are awake.

  4. Try the lost and found at the metro station too (edit: if there is one but I think most stations have something like it)

  14. Go to the police.
    Missing items are usually passed to the police so when you have the time try to go to the Koban.

    i lost my beloved wombat teddy in tokyo last year and was absolutely devastated. though, we were reunited over a week later as he had thankfully been handed in to the police ♡
