Where to donate kids clothing? (Charity available)?

I live in Yokoahama/Naka-ku. Tokyo is okay too.

I'm looking for a place to donate my kids clothing. She can't fit them any more and I want to donate it to people or charity so it won't be a waste.

Does anyone know of such charity in Yokohama or Tokyo?
