Adding this advice as I didn’t see it anywhere and I ended up missing out on observation seats for the romance train as I did not have my iPhone on Japan time when I was trying to buy the tickets right when the went on sale 10 am local time. To buy the tickets right when the are released, you need to adjust your time settings for automatic to Japan time! Ugh!
