1Mbps upload after Hikari installation?

Hi all,

I can’t seem to find the precise reason for the life of me. I had Kouji (工事) for my ahamo/docomo Hikari 10Gbps last Thursday, three days ago. I’ve hooked my compatible Asus router up to the ONU and set up OCN Virtual Connect, and I get quite decent download speeds of close to 2Gbps, but upload is between 0.2~1Mbps with spurts of 50Mbps here and there.

Is this normal behavior the first couple of days after the installation work? Or am I perhaps overseeing some basic settings somewhere?

Any tips is much appreciated, I feel like I’m hitting my head against a wall 😭

UPDATE: I called both Docomo and OCN and insisted on English translators this time. OCN confirmed IPoE is working on their side, but with the English translator Docomo was able to confirm something is wrong with the connection. A service technician is coming on Wednesday to check what is wrong in person. I’ll post further updates once that’s done.
