Why cakes are so expensive? There not a single bakery that sells cakes for less than 700¥ a cut near me and my basket close to me stop selling cakes for the whole year

I dont even need a cute cake , can they just throw cake fruits and cream in a pot and serve for 400¥?😭😭😭
