Naming a child in Japan

Hello fellow residents I would like to run this situation by you , so someone who has more experience can tell me if this is a good idea.

My wife and I (both Mexican) live and work in Tokyo. we are expecting our first child, we plan to work and live here for life.

Our child will be Mexican. Now about the name question, we were planning on naming her 2 different ways.

I know it sounds problematic but we wanted to do it this way to actually help her with life here, but before deciding on it I wanted to check with people who have gone through similar experiences.

We would like to give her a western name and a japanese name,

in Japan we would like to register her only as

japanese name + Katakana last name

(example: Erisa Lopez)

while in the Mexican embassy we were planning to register her as

western name + japanese name + father last name + mother last name

(example: Maria Erisa Lopez Smith)

(Mexican names have both, the last name of the father and last name of the mother )

I know that japan doesn't care about other country custom when I'm regards to names, I myself and my wife having 2 names and 2 last names have found issues everywhere where they register our name to the point that I just gave up and just use one name and one last name, that has worked for me so far .

Which is why I wanted to run by you guys if this was a good idea?

TLDR

We (both Mexicans) want to register our baby with only one name and one last name in Japan while registering her with 2 names and 2 last names in our embassy

is it a good idea?
