Yesterday, i did a delivery for a new house. My house is still empty, and i was using a lalamove app driver to take what i bought on jimoty. First of all, his car was smaller, and i couldnt fit the fridge. So we loaded the other items, and got on the way.
In the way, he kept on asking questions, and I tried to answer in a way that would mean 2 people live in the house( we still don't, but from next month it will be the case). He also told me that we should ditch the fridge and then go together to bookoff so i can pick a fridge and load in his car to bring to my place.
He ended up charging me extra, and i had to get another car to deliver the fridge to me later on.
I reported this to lalamove, and they confirmed it with the driver, which means they told the driver about my complaint.
When we arrived to the house, he was looking around unnecessarily and asking questions. I live on the ground floor, so he told me: this is not a safe house.. thieves can come in.
Now, I admit i'm scared. I'm scared that reporting him made him angry or something. I know it's a little bit unreasonable, but I just need some reassurance I suppose. Has anyone ever been through a similar thing?
Should I tell lalamove about my fear?:)) I'm currently living alone, go to that house alone once every couple days, and I'm a little paranoid..
