5 days in Tokyo itinerary help

Hi Everyone, my husband and I are visiting Tokyo in March for five full days, and I'm looking for some feedback/ suggestions/ criticisms on our itinerary (is it too packed?!) Rather than fully grouping attractions by area, we've put our itinerary together based on a different vibe for each day, though of course we will visit some attractions when its convenient. Any suggestions of things to do to heighten the vibe of each day are welcome! In particular I'm interested in other things we could do / different day vibes for our last day in Tokyo, as the current plan doesn't feel quite right.

We're staying in Shimbashi so will be spending most evenings at rhe restaurants/ izakayas under the train tracks there.

Day 1 – history day

— Wandering Asakusa back streets

— Kappabashi
