Hi! I am an exchange student living in Japan, and my gas, electric and water bills have to be paid via payment slips. From what I understand, these can be paid at konbinis, by handing them over to the cashier to scan(?). My question is—can these only be paid via cash? Or is credit card okay too(e.g. YouTrip)? I want to know how much yen I need to withdraw.
