Hello there.
I'll move and work in Japan starting on next month, 30 March.
The HR said that the deduction (I forget which deduction; social insurance or tax, or both of them) will be full although I only work just for two days in March.
Anyone knows what this means?
Additional information, the payday is 26th every month.
I used some calculator to calculate what I'll got every month as below.
Does it mean the salary will be fully deduction by percentage (14.56% + 8.10%) or by amount? Though it would make no senses if by amount, since the deduction amount will be much higher than my salary itself, but I'll get relocation allowance on the first month. Now it makes me wonder will the amount deducted from that allowance then?
If so, then it's better to move my date of joining to be on the next month instead
I want to make sure once again to HR, but it's weekend already.
Besides, I want to collect some information in advance here before I try to talk with them.
