European moving to okinawa with student visa. Need someone to help me a bit ;)

Hi! I’m moving to Okinawa to study and prepare for the JLPT N3 level, and I’ll be studying international relations and environmental care at university. I’m 22 years old and moving alone. I’m sure I’ll make a lot of friends there, but before I go I would really appreciate it if someone could message me and maybe guide me through the process. Over the next four months I’ll need information about renting a room or apartment, the Japanese medical system, transportation, and daily life in Okinawa. I’m also looking to make friends and hang out once I arrive. I can speak a bit of Japanese too. I like sports and food 😉
