My girlfriend back in October got a call from some company called Green. They told her she needs to change her internet to so-net, at first she agreed but then she called her current isp and they told her she doesn't actually need to, she called back and cancelled with that Green company and everything seemed fine but now she found out they started billing her 4000yen every month, she called again today and they told her she needs to pay 10000 to cancel it. To me it seems 100% like a scam and illegal. What should we do?
