I know this is yet another post about JP Post via surface shipping times, but I can’t figure out whether I should contact them or if, also considering overtourism, delivery times have increased significantly.
I sent two packages to Italy: one on October 20 (which arrived at the beginning of January, about 80 days after shipping) and one on November 13 (whose tracking has not been updated since it left Japan – Kawasaki Higashi). It’s been over 90 days since shipment, and I’d like to understand how to proceed, at least to know whether there have been any issues with customs.
The contents were the same as the other package (personal clothes, non-offensive magazines). Is anyone else in Europe experiencing the same issue (shipping time over 90 days)?
