Collecting dog in cargo area Osaka KIX

Hi, my dog is arriving from the UK via cargo 1 hour before me next week.

The process has been long but the cargo collection process looks crazy. 8 different steps back and forth between buildings and floors around KIX airport collecting different paperwork etc.

Has anyone done this the cargo way before rather than in hold of normal flight because they require me to go to Cargo building first in the procedure which can take 2-3 hours.
