Film university exchange program in Japan. Impossible?

Hi,

I'm now in my first year of masters program in a film university (practical film "shooting" aswell as film theory, but still focusing more on the practical aspect rather than film theory).

Is it possible to find any exchange programs for international student to study film/film theory in Japan? My Japanese is around N4 level, so fully japanse study exchange is impossible.

Does anybody have any experience with it or is it impossible to find an international student friendly film exchange program?
