Hi there. I wanted to change my cell carrier from the shitty one I have now to ahamo. I got an MNP, went through the (fairly easy) application process, scanned my residence card to validate my identity, set up the payment info, got all the way to the last screen, and it then said “a system error has occurred” and sent me all the way back to the beginning. I’m worried about trying it again because I don’t know if I will be flagged as suspicious and not allowed to apply for ahamo (kind of like how credit cards are). I also can’t find a clear reason why this is happening. Has anyone else had issues, and what was the solution?
