They are currently confirming their hiring needs and placements for the upcoming school year, so it may take some time before they contact you. They will continue reaching out to applicants between February and March.
We appreciate the time and effort you put into your application and hope to have the chance to work with you in the future"
Should I consider this as a soft rejection, considering I don't come from a west English speaking countries.
I also have another interview with AEON corporation for eikaiwa, can someone guide me what I should do specifically to get hired and things I should keep in mind.
