Osaka IT job market viability for new grads.

I'm 23 and I got an entry-level IT job offer in Tokyo and I'm thinking about turning it down to stay in Osaka. How viable is the IT job market here?

I moved to Osaka two months ago with my parents after living my entire life in the US. I'm considering turning it down for 3 reasons: 1. Moving to Tokyo would drain my savings + I wouldn't save as much since I would pay for my own bills. 2. I just moved here so moving again seems rough. 3. My whole family is here and I am much more familar with Osaka/Kansai.

The tokyo job offered me 250,00JPY a month which is about average. I think it might be a little lower in Osaka but I'll save a lot more money living with my parents.

About me:

I have a B.S. in IT for a US uni, I have 8 months of helpdesk experince and I'm studying CCNA right now but have no certs.
I'm a heritage/near-native Japanese speaker – my spoken Japanese is strong enough that people have a hard time telling I didn't grow up here. I got a perfect score on the N1 listening section but narrowly missed the passing threshold on reading (Mostly bc I can't read a lot of kanji) by 3 points, so I don't have N1 yet. Keigo is my other weak spot but I know that's pretty common even for new grads here.

Basically I wanted to know how the new grad/entry level IT job market is here for odd senerio people like me. Is it worth turning down the Tokyo offer and to start looking in Osaka? If so are there any companies/ recuriters or job boards you guys reccomend?
