Just wondering if anyone have experienced getting stripped away of your bonus pay?
Depending on the company too but usually they're not small.
My current company provides bonus once per year, and was receiving then normally in past years. Have been working here since 2022.
But today, they somehow decided to get rid of my bonus for this year.
Anyone having same experience? If so how do you cope up with it? like this is no small amount so instead of reduced bonus, getting rid of it completely is outrageous.
