Driving Lessons at Koyama Driving School

I need some advice from anyone who has taken driving lessons at Koyama Driving School.

I checked their website, and the English lessons are 432K yen, whereas the Japanese beginners course is 330K yen. I have JLPT N3 and regularly use Japanese at work, so I don't have any difficulty understanding spoken Japanese.

I'm curious what is different between the Japanese and English courses. Are there classroom lectures in English? Or is it just the person sitting with me speaking English? I think if it's just instruction, I'm ok with Japanese. But for classroom-type lectures, English may be better.

I'm trying to decide if the 100K extra is worth paying. Any advice is appreciated.
