Nakameguro (Route 416 / near C2) : how bad is the traffic?

Hi,

I’ve been offered an apartment near Nakameguro Station.

It’s directly along Route 416 (looks like a 2×2 lane road) and very close to the C2/Shuto Expressway (about 100m away). The apartment itself faces the road.

I like Nakameguro as an area, but I’m a bit concerned about traffic and noise levels. Does anyone here live in that area and know how busy this roads gets?

I’ve tried looking online but I can’t really find much, so it’s hard to get a real sense of what it’s like to live there.

I don’t mind some city noise, but I’d rather not end up right next to constant heavy traffic or congestion 24/7.

I’d really appreciate any firsthand experience.
