I know this is more on personal preference, but I would just like to know what will be your take if you'd be in my position.
For context, I (30F) am currently working in a small company. Hybrid, I go to the office once a week. As of now, workload is pretty much chill. I get my work done in 4hrs. Sometimes longer during busy season. No OT, but there are times you need to answer an email late at night. I earn 6M/yr. I cannot take a full day off as nobody can cover for my duties as we are small company. So, it's like i need be reachable all the time. Which is the exhausting part but still within my tolerance limit. People are good but we're in the process of transitioning to mid-size. So, changes in mgmt is starting to get stressful.
I got an offer for around 8-8.5M. Big corporation so it might help me have more chance to get PR? Will require me to move. It will be a really good opportunity to grow in my career if I will play wisely. Full time office, and OT is around 20-30hrs / month. 8M calculation kind of includes those OT.
But I dont know if it is worth it. So I would like to ask 3rd person perspective.
Also, my fiancé and I are already planning to close the distance soon, but might be put on pause if I choose the new role.
I am scared that this is my last chance to have a good opportunity as I am planning to settle soon.
