bank frozen for 6 months with a local businesses that need constant liquidity

Have been living in Japan for more than 10 years and is under the process of changing Visas from International Engineering Visa to Business Management Visa.

Currently have multiple businesses that require constant flow of liquidity of millions of yen every few months or so (the yen i make every month i need to put back in the bussiness to make a few % of profit). The profit for the past 3 years has been deposited in my company bank account but I am unable to withdraw any of it to sustain my businesses. Now that my company bank account is frozen my capital and profit cannot be touched so i have to resort to borrowing.

My personal account with 2 million yen had a withdrawal limit of 50,000 yen per day is now also frozen.

I have resorted to borrowing millions of yen from acquaintances and old colleagues with 10% monthly interest.

I already hired a lawyer to accompany myself to the bank and explain the situation but all they did was say sorry and mentioned they can only wait until the visa process was finished.

Anyone with similar experiences? thank you in advance.
