I made a mistake choosing my apartment when moving. Since the building is fairly new (9 years) and rent on the pricier side (8万円, 1K) in Saitama,Omiya my naive self thoughts eventhough the apartment is Wood frame the noise insulation should be fair at best.
Oh boy was i wrong. The walls might be worse than leo palace apartment. I can hear everything, including footstep,cough,sneeze,door opening,talking,phone,sex,etc.
I admit its also my fault not researching enough and now iam prepared to find a new apartment.
Please tell me your experience living in RC apartment.
