With this potential mass exodus of talent from NJPW who should they bring in to replace them.
So far EVIL, Tanahashi and Tiger Mask will no longer be around. Strong rumours and potential for Hiromu, Sanada, Kidd, Connors, Moloney and Finlay to leave. Not to say every single one of them will do so. Now this is an opportunity for many to claim those top spots but the roster will be thinner nonetheless.
NJPW has a few options:

Holding onto the current crop of Young Lions and not sending them on excursion.

Bringing in foreign free agents and STRONG talent: Haste, Nicholls, Tito, Rosser, WCWC, maybe even Karl Fredrick's and Tomasso Ciampa

Lean in more heavily with their global partners: We could see more AEW, CMLL and RevPro wrestlers fluffing out factions, tours and tournaments

Bring in more guests from Japanese promotions: We saw it in the two tag tournaments this year. Perhaps we see more frequent use of these external names to add to tournaments etc.

Raid other Japanese promotions: Similar to above but on a more permanent basis. NJPW could snoop around looking for free agents, hot talents and people wanting to level up from the rival/smaller promotions.
In the end it will probably be a mix and not that drastic.
