Is 8.5 million JPY enough to carry a wife and a child?

I live alone in Osaki, paying JPY140,000 for rent. I can foresee that I reached the pay ceiling and there will be no increment. I am just wondering if I can coast with this pay and try to get married and raise a child while still living in the central Tokyo wards. I am currently saving JPY200,000 per month, with most money spent on weekend travels and eating out constantly
