Hey, I have a job offer for Iwakuni that would pay $140kUSD ~22 million yen. This seems pretty good from what I've seen but just wondering about unexpected expenses, living conditions, etc. I've visited Japan for about a month before but didn't get down to the Iwakuni area. Also as a tourist I had a great time but was wondering how locals feel about more long term foreigners. Thanks!
