Are y’all getting raises?

I’m working as an english teacher (so my pay is already ass) at this place for over a year and a half now. My duties and workload has increased greatly after the first few months, but my pay is still egregious. I’m making 220,000 a month (25 and no teaching cert/experience before) and was started at 200,000. I’ve only gotten an extra 20,000 over that time from 職能手当.

Is this normal? How much of a raise should I expect per year, as english teacher or not?

I’m looking for a new job but am still struggling with non english teaching jobs I can work.

Edit: this is before tax salary. take home is usually 170,000-180,000.
