Nigiri at Toni’s; a great spot in Miami Beach

I love getting down to Miami late winter or early fall, and I'm slowly eating my way through every sushi place I see.

Toni's in South Beach is consistently a solid choice. Really nicely done, and it's a nice space without being too formal or casual. Been around for decades.

Shown here: Chuu-toro, hirame, madai, kohada, aji, kamasu, salmon belly, and hotate. The only piece that was a little off and a bit chewy was aji; but this isn't the best season for it. Otherwise, damn good. Easily recommended.
