Mother-in-law’s B day.

I've prepped some crab, sashimi and Sushi.

Mirugai (different from geoduck, 3rd and 4th pic) is definitely the best.

I had no enough time to make 50 sushi, so i decided to go a self-sushi way.

Just serve a bowl of sushi rice and sea weed on the table, so guests can make their own sushi with those.
