I would like to read other’s opinions first before I transition to using electric stove. The reason why I thought of this is because I noticed a drastic change in my gas bill since starting to cook in a gas stove. My propane gas bill before (when I was still using cassette stove temporarily) was only 5,621 yen (BTW I live in Japan), but this month it went up to 9,768 yen. So I was thinking if I should change to electric stove since my monthly bill is only around 2,000 yen.
Is this a good idea since my apartment’s gas is only propane?
