I don't genuinely understand why websites in Japan are so rubbish ,they don't work ,are websites now not used by consumers in Japan?. They seem like an afterthought,today I went to update my Res card at JP post bank and they asked me to submit details via a new app,it doesn't work ,tried the website also.no.use,is it because I am.using Google translate on the pages or something,what am I missing? Other websites that I can't use .

Don't get me started on the town hall or government websites .
Sorry for the rant ,genuinely would.like to find websites especially that bother with English and do work and appear to even care about foreign people here and then give them my custom ,F the rest of them.
