National universities and research institutes staff, did you get any raise this year?

I haven't received any raise in the past 3 years and each month I'm having less and less money left for savings and investment.

My contract says my salary is fixed according to the "national government employees wages", but on my previous job, same position in an equivalent workplace, I always had yearly raises.
