So long story short my company placed me on PIP for no reason. When we dived deep my manager ended up saying that he doesn't like my personality.
I escalated the situation internally after what my managers were power harassing me.
I escalated this as well.
Eventually PIP was removed by HR but they decided that they dont have enough evidence of power harassment.
Im happy that I could get PIP canceled, however I have many evidences of power harassment and I dont want my manager to do the same to others. So I am planning to file a lawsuit against him. I also have many meetings recordings that I can use in the court but not within the company since recordings is against the policy.
Does anyone have experience with filing lawsuit for harassment and what should I expect from the situation.
Honestly I dont need money from them. I just want the manager to get what he deserves.
