I'm trying to renew my U.S. driver's license via mail, but need to submit a medical report form and certificate of eye examination in English (needs to be filled out by doctor in English). My local ones don't do it. I am located in Tokyo.
Would I have to go to an international clinic to do it? Has anyone done it before? Any suggestions?
