Well, I just want some advice on what to do with my current situation

I made a thread but since I was some venting and lack of actually points, people are getting the wrong idea.

This is more information about it

1. My SOURCE of stress is the coworker hostility. He cusses me or harass me whenever he find something I do that he doesn't like. He never even tell me what I do wrong. He even said "Die" to me once. All because of the incident that I wrote above. Even I heard everyone did talk to him to drop that kind of hostility back then but he never changes, that they give up saying that to him anymore.
2. My place is rural part of the city, that even bus is far from me and to my work place. Why dont I walk? You think I keep riding uphill? Because I am walking midways to save stamina, going all the way riding uphill will kill me.
3. I had asked SEVERAL times, even mentioning bicycle now will lead to "Oh well" and get an answer that I should save money and buy a better one by myself.
4. My wages are getting cut a lot and utilities fees are not cheap in rural areas either. Even my gas and water fees are minimum 10k yen. The place they provide me is using cylinder gas and the water has water waste fees that makes them expensive
5. My wages cut will last for this month but I feel like I can't do it anymore. But I lack the money to move away. So that is why I need advice.
6. For people who said that I am insane or wrong for falling asleep without acknowledging the issue. I can say that you are people that exploit workers for your own benefits. There is a reason why I fell asleep, and I did apologize, and asked for better transportation, but all I got, even at this moment, is just a "not my problem" kind of attitude.
7. Training? I know on-site training or training while doing a job exists, but this is not even that anymore. They asked me what I created and had to explain it. I am supposed to be new and inexperienced here though (my first DX job). Not to mention I have to learn the required knowledge for my project by myself since they dont know or understand the field. I dont mind it since I get something but I want to mention that they dont even have training, only a 1 day explanation of company rules. That's all.
8. Lastly, you are insane if you think people can stay fit 24/7, not to mention my company has no holidays (red dates are still working days, typical for small companies/factories like this) outside of their own dedicated holidays.
9. My financial condition is I have little savings since my dad is sick so he has no job and I have 2 other siblings that is still studying so I have to support them.

And fyi, there was a foreigner like me as well that quit 10 months after working here due to transportation. It is not just me who is troubled, others are. Oh not to mention it is a male. Females get a dorm that is positioned beside the company. They know they dont give adequate support for transportation, so they dont kick me on that incident, instead using it as a way to threaten me. They saved a lot of money since they dont need to buy new machines or hire another company when I finish this project which is almost complete. They even had a smart Japanese person that worked on Nissan and Mitsubishi before and able to speak German but ? They kicked him because he tried to change the status quo. He provided training and made several improvements but still get kicked because God knows why.

So what should I do with my current situation?The better way is to wait for some more months before quitting to make it 1 year of working? But I feel like I am going insane if I dont quit asap.

And I dont have enough money to move out or getting a new transportaion means, though for moving out, I dont need a moving company or something since I dont have much things anyway lol. I even lack of sleep due to the stress nowadays and it is killing me slowly. Also I did something wrong and acknowledged it so I hope that to not receive the same responses like the thread I posted before, it is not really helping my current situation after all.
