Spring GX scholarship, I have it and happy to answer questions, almost no info online about it

I went through the Spring GX scholarship application while already being in Japan and it was genuinely one of the most confusing things I have dealt with. The process, the requirements, the paperwork, almost nothing useful exists online about it.
