So today i was riding home on the sidewalk as usual where there are other cyclists as well and accidentally hit someone while riding slowly (probably slower than half of the walking speed), nothing really happened she said its fine and walked away. But i read that i could face severe criminal charges even if the victim says they're fine since i didnt call police or ambulance. Am i in trouble? How can i fix this? Will i get deported (im an international student) if this causes a trouble?
