Today, I tried making Okonomiyaki for the first time! I’ve never had them, so I can’t speak to their accuracy but I thought they were absolutely delicious! It yielded a ton of food (only my husband could finish his)!
Unfortunately where I live, I can only get bonito flakes online for a very expensive price. But, I will be making this again and maybe I’ll get more creative next time with toppings and fillings!
