This isn’t unexpected since Shane has said multiple times recently that he’s now a free agent; though he’s clarified that he would work NJPW if they wanted to use him. (And had said multiple times in 2025 that it was not his choice to not be on NJPW shows, they simply weren’t booking him.)
But it’ll be interesting to see if NJPW continues to use the TMDK name, which I believe is still at least partially owned by Mikey and/or Shane, or if the faction rebrands or even disbands in some part.
ETA: As of noon Japan time (4 hours after my post) they’re back on, and they’ve also added some of the more notable CMLL Fantasticamania guys.
