To get Yen in cash, what's the exchange rate of UD$ to Yen at 7-Eleven or other stores in Tokyo and Kyoto today? Not sure f the stores' rates in the 2 cities are necessarily different.
Do they charge flat fee like the banks?
I am assuming I still have to pay 3% commission to my Canadian bank.
