Currently I land in Tokyo on a Tuesday, and had to Kanazawa on the saturday after. Was originally going to spend a few days in tokyo and wanted to check out Nikko as a day trip.
I bought a ticket to Nikko for the Thursday on the spacia x train (it looks so cool!). it didnt give me an option to buy a return ticket so I figure I gotta do that separately. I was thinking though, maybe I should stay both thursday and Friday, then leave saturday morning from Nikko to Kanazawa? That may be a way longer trip though.
Would you recommend multiple days in nikko? is there anywhere between Nikko and Kanazawa worth checking out? Let me know!
