Does anyone know if you can rent kayaks/life vests without guide at the Anbo River?
I found a 14 year-old article on Japan Travel mentioning it was possible on the south side of the river for ¥3k but I can't find any recent information via Google or subreddits.
Not looking for a guided tour.
