Hey all!
I made a reservation for the Queen Zamami Ferry online for my upcoming trip in april. I have already received my confirmation via email as well as QR codes to board the outbound and return segments along with a receipt. However, i noticed on my debit card statement that the transaction has been reversed instead of completed.
Should i be worried that my QR codes will be invalid? I would like to call the Naha Ticket Office but i do not speak japanese and am scared there would be a language barrier.
Has anyone gone through something similar? Please advice accordingly, thank you!
