I can’t stop, I feel like a grizzly bear. I’m a huge salmon nigiri fan but this was heavenly. Usually when I get sashimi the salmon is still quite meaty and has a chew which is off putting to me so I prefer nigiri with the thinner slices. This was so tender and soft it was like eating the most delicious pillow of sweet buttery fish ever . 10/10. Kawaii sushi in Medway, MA
