I’m a student at a language school and I’m trying to apply for the JLPT through my schcool, they were accepting the applications until last week, but I think I got confused with the process, I made the payment through 1 system, but apparently I also had to submit the application through the other website, which I didn't do. When my 担任先生 found out about it, it was already late, and after talking to the person that is responsible for the application process, they said that they cannot submit my application anymore since I missed the deadline. Now, deadline in question, is schools OWN deadline for JLPT applications. The official JLPT applications started today, and school says they cannot refund me the 7.5K I paid to them, and they cannot send my application either? It seems to me that they're just trying to avoid doing extra work and pocket the 7.5k…
