Me and my partner are middle aged, decidedly non-tech savvy or knowledgeable. Bought a Toshiba Dynabook 5+ years ago from BIC Camera. It basically has become unresponsive and is not useful. All we need is something that can run MS Office as we use Word, Excel & Outlook e-mail, in both English & Japanese. Generally only to be used at home, and with an even older Brother scanner/printer/fax landline telephone. Don’t use it for gaming or movies or any photo editing. Preferably to purchase in person in Tokyo (but if online that I guess would be fine). Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks!
