



Really dont have a name for most of this its just what over the year I have enjoyed to combine.
I make all my own sauces (unagi, spicy mayo, Wasabi mayo, ponzu and yum yum sauces) for drizzling on top etc.
Made some torched salmon, ponzu garlic salmon and regular salmon nigiri.
My favorite roll is the one with black and red tobiko alternating, it has yellow tail, tuna and salmon on top thats drizzled with unagi, spicy mayo and alittle yum yum then torched. Inside i usually put tuna, salmon and krab.
The one with salmon on top is salmon, avocado, cream cheese with salmon atop. Underneath the roll itself is a bunch of Wasabi mayo
Along with the other rolls, lmk if you wanna talk about it, one or my favorite hobbies lol.
